A friend of mine brought this sweet for me from his hometown Khanpur. Khanpur is a small town in Rahim Yar Khan which is a district of Bahawalpur division of Punjab. This town is located on the bank side of famous Indus river. In this town, there is a small railway station and almost every train stay for while on this station.
This town is famous for this delicious sweet which name is “Pairay”. I tried hard to found its english name but i think that there is no such a word to describe this sweet. Anway if you get a chance to travel from Lahore to Karachi via train, then i will suggest you to taste these “Pairay” at least once in your life.
