This morning a friend shared with me this picture of the gate which is located in Lucknow. Ever since then I have been lost in the beauty of this gate. Can’t remember what my friend called this gate but the beauty of it is its own example. Lucknow is famous for Urdu civilization and culture. Most of the major Urdu poets and writers of the last century have been associated with this city. I knew that this city is the center of civilization and culture, but for the first time it was discovered to me that the city has a unique identity in the work of art.
