Of course, I spotted another little trail. I wonder how many of those thoughts are subconscious things that we have personally ingrained in our brains. For example, if you stop and really think about it do you have the same thought everyday when you wake up. Today I realized I do. My thought is “what time is it?” I immediately look at the clock to see the time. There is no reason to do that on a daily basis, I wake up at the same time every day unless someone intentionally interrupts my sleep. I need to replace that with a new thought. Suggestions are welcome.
