So what started this wander! Someone had a bad day and shared it. I think that is a good and healthy thing to do. Sometimes just saying it aloud or putting it in writing helps. I commented on the post something my Mom often said and then I realized that I didn’t know if what she said was even possible. Can anyone have 1000 happy thoughts or moments a day? And I began to wander.
