I can see that. It looks like one of those old wet Paris street paintings in a way.
Haha, at first I was so happy, “I know that, it’s a hose!”, then I noticed the arrow “not this”. 😀
lol, aren’t ya glad I put those words in. hahaha. I had it up there without the arrow, and I knew people would think I was talking about that hose. So I fixed it. 😉
