Yes she is. She has some bad scars on her face, ears, and nose. It must of happened very early in life.
She is going to start growing soon. Not a puppy for long.
I know, I didnt get enough of Meika when she was small. I got Meika when she was 4 months old. So this time I am taking plenty. lol
