The fence is to keep horses safe. Wise choice these fences, better than barbed wire. Horses live here

You surely wouldn’t want them getting stuck at low tide.
So true Kim, it would be hard to get them out of there
And be higher. These are just small obstacles for trained horses.
They could jump the fence but won’t if they are happy to stay inside the fence.
