Wel,l History Gal, this is a dangerous place for boats as there has been many tragic deaths from ship wrecks. The lighthouse is essential
Thanks so much Fortune, some people would go fishing there and visit the lighthouse. You would need good footwear to walk on these rocks
There used to be people manning lighthouse but today they are automatic. There are fishermen who fish off the rocks of nine pin rock, it would be just a building by itself and the occasional maintenance person
