I planted this Banana tree over the fence. I have never had successful bananas to eat from it, but may do this year, who knows. New Zealand isn’t really hot enough. Some are very successful at doing this.
I think you need plastic bags here to ripen bananas. I have had bananas but not edible ones. Yet..
Yes, I have more work to do on the garden, I don’t think it ever ends but its interesting work.
