Arabian Dancer (2007-06-28 11-15-09a)

The photo was taken at the Chicago Arabesque an Arab festival at Daley Plaza, Chicago, Illinois (Loop).

I used a Panasonic DMC-FZ50 camera to take the photo. Then I used Luminar 2018 to apply the Accent – AI and Polarizing filters, lower the brightness and boost the contrast.
