The photo was taken at the Chicago Arabesque an Arab festival at Daley Plaza, Chicago, Illinois (Loop).
I used a Panasonic DMC-FZ50 camera to take the photo. I then used Luminar 2018 to use the Develop filter to adjust the exposure, highlights, shadows, contrast, whites and clarity. I also applied the Accent – AI, Polarizing and Denoise filters and boost the saturation and vibrance. I used the erase tool to get rid of a person who distracted from the dancer and a cable running in the background, then I cropped a bit.
