Halloween Decorations in My Neighborhood from Years Past (3/4)

I’m thinking about getting one of these to keep the squirrels out of my tomato plants. What it really needs is a way to make it jump up when someone walks by and maybe some glowing eyes. If they could get it to jump towards the sidewalk, that would be perfect.
