Wisconsin Travel – Wildwood Wildlife Park

One of our favorite places to visit in Wisconsin is the Wildwood Wildlife Park in Minocqua. This small town zoo is anything but small, and it contains many big city zoo attractions without losing it’s small town charm. Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by fun and frisky goats. Did you buy any crackers? The goats want to know! If you did buy some crackers, don’t let the goats eat them all and be sure to save some for the deer. If you have little ones, they’ll love the petting zoo. The baby bunnies are extremely cute. Once you enter into the zoo proper, find you way to the parakeet pavilion or Budgie Encounter. The parakeets may even be hungrier than the goats at the entrance. Plus, you’ll see lions and tigers and bears. Oh, my!
