A bilingual sign, where the information is identical in both languages, but they show it twice anyway. All official signage must be displayed in both Irish and English in Ireland. Except in the (small and few) areas where the Irish language is the locals’ mother tongue; they don’t need to show any English on their signs there. Go figure 🙂

Personally the new ones in the US now also have to include non-English, non-Spanish signs that are just the symbols. By the time you find the part of the sign that applies to you, you’ve already missed what you needed!!!!
