Vitosha Mountain – panoramic view of the Sofia Field and the Balkan Mountains and Planina Mountain.
Vitosha is situated between the Balkan and Rila-Rhodope Massif is part of Srednogora Mountain.
It is the only dome-shaped mountain in Bulgaria and the main one stands out well from the other mountain massifs.
The shape of Vitosha is almost round with a diameter of 20 – 25 km with an area of 278 km2 and an average altitude of 1500 m. Its highest point is Mount Cherni Vrah – 2290 m.
Unfortunately, I do not have enough free time recently.
Very nice pictures … as you seem to have a lot of snow
Yes, 1 meter is in the mountains, but everything has melted in the city :)))
