The “Baía dos Anjos” on Santa Maria island – Azores, is the ideal place to enjoy a beautiful sunset. In this place Christopher Columbus landed on the return of his journey of recognition of the American continent.
The “Baía dos Anjos” located in the northwest of Santa Maria, has a small fishing port and natural pool, surrounded by volcanic rocks, provides good summer conditions and is classified as a Natural and Ecological Reserve.
