This beautiful Castle is Matsumoto Castle located on the island of Honshu in Japan. It is also known as Crow Castle (and previously Fukashi Castle). It is one of Japan’s premier historic castles and one of the main attractions in the city Matsumoto, Nagano Prefecture, on the island of Honshu. What’s amazing about it is that the Castle is not built on a hilltop or amid rivers, but on a plain. It’s completely made by earth, stone, and wood. Such an amazing place to put on mine “to visit” list.

There are many reasons to visit Japan and this beautiful castle is definitely one of them. Many travelers agree spring is most pleasant time to visit Japan. Rich history, many great towns, tradition… All of these are just some of the great reasons to visit this beautiful country.
