Historic Glens Falls Paper Company

On the other side of the Hudson river below the Falls there is the lovely building of the Office of the Glens Falls Paper Company. It has the dates 1864-1890 on it. It sits directly across the river from the Finch Pruyn Company and they both utilized the flow of the river for water power. The Finch Pruyn Paper Mill Company bought the property of the Glens Falls Paper Company eventually and operates still today.
