Diani Beach, Kenya

Domestic flights are very well established throughout Kenya, so you can reach any corner of Kenya enough quickly.

Whatever your journey, it’s always good to have time for a relaxing break and your favorite book or just sunbathing. It was the legendary Diani Beach to give it all to us. It is no strange that this place attracts tourists like a magnet, the blue water with white fluffy sand looks like a dream image.

This 17 km stretch of coastline is full of active leisure activities such as diving, speed boating, surfing, and more, and the exotic spice is added by an abundance of monkeys who are constantly on the lookout for tourists’ vigilance and monitor for their proper diet to prevent overeating.

If you want to walk through the beach, arm yourself with sunscreen and patience. It is clear about the sun cream as the equator sun is relentless to our European skin, and patience will be needed to avoid the locals who all the time are offering souvenirs or excursions, but when you think they do what they can – there are no many works here.

I will write later about the hotel we stayed on Diani Beach where we spent the rest of our vacation, peaceful, enough luxury, and comfortable. We were sunbathing, diving, trying local cuisine, and enjoying conversations with locals. It helped us to better understand their culture.
