Let me introduce you to my son Viterbo holding his treasure from the Cape Cod Potato Chip factory. Founded in 1980 these delicious chips are cooked in batches of kettles, frying them in a shallow vat of oil while stirring with a rake, producing a crunchier chip.
Company logo is a woodcut of Nauset Light, located in Nauset Beach, Eastham, Massachusetts constructed in 1838, with the company name in Caslon Antique. When looking for a fun way to pass a little time, stop by the Cape Cod Factory. Best thing once the tour over you walk out with freebies.
