The method of demoting a Staff Writer was simple.
It was done by having a Shill leave unfavourable comments on an article.
When the Staff Writer responded, punish him/her by dropping them to Writer. When they complained, drop them to unpaid Member and steal their work.
It became a fantastic revenue grabber.
Imagine a Staff Writer who wrote excellent pieces which were highly rated and getting thousands of hits being dropped to member where every cent those hits brought in was stolen by M.Q.
