Virtual Reality Maui Hiking Trail

I worked on my script all morning until I got a headache and needed a break. I ate my early dinner or late lunch at around 2 pm. Then, I got ready for the 6:30 pm Pop Pilates class. I decided to go early at 4 pm so that I can Power Walk on the treadmill. The weather was nice today.

On the treadmill, I decided to do the Hana Run, which is a 35-minute trail in Maui, Hawaii. The road in the video was narrow, but surrounded by luscious greenery and tropical environment. I felt like was I walking amidst the Hawaiian rainforest. On this trail, I noticed small bridges, waterfalls, lava rocks, caves, and creeks, as well as a rocky coast on my right side, along with a very calm and blue ocean. It was a peaceful and relaxing walk, although I was briskly walking on the treadmill. Occasional, I checked out the TV screens, hanging from the ceiling, to notice the TMZ gibberish. I went back to my Hana Run in Maui trail to check out the tropical nature scene in Hawaii. At the end of the 35 minutes, I walked 2.33 miles, and I burned around 345 calories.

Around 5:15 pm, I was going to the room to do my own stretches before the Pop Pilates class, and then I noticed I sign posted on the glass doors announcing that the class was cancelled. Again? Yesterday’s morning class and this evening’s class were both cancelled last minute. At least, last week’s classes had a substitute instructor teaching Pop Pilates. At 5:30pm, I decided to go home. I walked out of the gym, and I window-shopped along the way. It was a warm evening, where many little kids were playing outside. There was traffic on my way home. I decided to take another route.

I added my iPhone photo from the Woodbridge walking meetup.
