You would think that Ajax would have learned how to keep a lead after losing a 3-goal lead against Tottenham in last season’s UEFA Champions League semifinals. However, Ajax did not learn their lesson after they blew a 4-1 lead in twenty minutes in the second half to end up with a 4-4 draw against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.
Ajax was about to cruise to a victory, but two players picked up back-to-back red cards in the 68th and the 69th minute. After playing eleven against nine, Chelsea was able to tie the score five minutes after the second red card. The win would have put Ajax in the driver’s seat in Group H of the Champions League, but Ajax, Chelsea, and Valencia are all tied for first with seven points and two games to go.
You have not made the video available in my country!!!!!
I do apologize because you have to go on YouTube to find the clip yourself because I’m not allowed to change my IP address from the USA to Spain.
Do not worry. But I think you do not need to change your IP you only need to select the video to be available all around the world. I like that Chelsea has very young players from Chelsea academy and what is more, the manager is legend Frank Lampard.
Ajax should have played the final of the last Champions League.
They have to find a way to keep leads a little bit better.
Again…Enjoy the games my friend!
Ajax obviously doesn’t come out … it’s really a shame for Ajax … I’m a nice club
Yes, they really have a nice club, but their style of play of going forward all of the time gives the opposition chances to come back.
This is their biggest drawback … and that they are mostly young talent who then sells them for big money … this is bad club policy for me
That is true, the players are already talking about leaving next season.
That’s how it is today … it’s all about the penny
