2018-19 College Football Bowl Picks

Bowl season is back again.  The first college football bowl games begin this Saturday, so prepare accordingly.  Here are my picks for all of the bowl games.

Saturday, December 15

Celebration Bowl (Atlanta, GA) – North Carolina A&T (MEAC champ) vs Alcorn State (SWAC champ).  Pick:  North Carolina A&T.

Cure Bowl (Orlando, FL) – Tulane vs Louisiana.  Pick:  Why wasn’t this the New Orleans Bowl?  I’m going with Tulane.

New Mexico Bowl (Albuquerque, NM) – Utah State vs North Texas.  Pick:  North Texas.

Las Vegas Bowl (Las Vegas, NV) – Arizona State vs Fresno State.  Pick:  Fresno State.

Camellia Bowl (Montgomery, AL) – Georgia Southern vs Eastern Michigan.  Pick:  Georgia Southern.

New Orleans Bowl (New Orleans, LA) – Middle Tennessee State vs Appalachian State.  Pick:  Middle Tennessee State.

Tuesday, December 18

Boca Raton Bowl (Boca Raton, FL) – UAB vs Northern Illinois.  Pick:  UAB.

Wednesday, December 19

Frisco Bowl (Frisco, TX) – San Diego State vs Ohio.  Pick:  Ohio.

Gasparilla Bowl (Tampa, FL) – Marshall vs South Florida.  Pick:  South Florida.

  1. Either Notre Dame or Clemson will be exposed during their match-up. Both have not really had any major tests, so I’m curious to see who prevails. Other than the match-up between the final two teams in the playoff I’m looking forward to the LSU vs UCF game. I wonder will there be an argument for another championship if UCF wins.
