The great thing about digital cameras is that you don’t have to worry about wasting film. With a digital camera, you’re more apt to experiment with different shots and angles. If the picture doesn’t come out, you can always delete it. The downside of digital cameras is that you tend to end up with a computer disc full of unseen or little viewed images.
With that in mind, I’ve been trying to go through the “Downloads” folder on my computer. It is filled with old vacation photos and videos from the last several years. While certainly, all the images are not gems. Periodically, I will find pictures that I forgot about or hardly remember seeing in the first place. Here are some pictures from our family trip to Wisconsin in 2016.
They are all magnificent as a summer memory.
You’re right, Chris. With digital photography, we can store so much beauty that is very easy for us to see again. The pictures you have captured, saved and showed here are fascinating!
Wonderful photos, thanks for sharing!
