Spring springing

This time of year we often wake up with fog. 

Our brown hills turn a vibrant green. 

We have to beware of the new stinging nettle that seems to thrive this time of year. Its pretty though. 

The mustard plants are in full bloom. I enhanced the colors. 

These turn a bright orange. I don't know the name of them. 

There were two of them here. 

Love this stuff. It's so cool. 

For a lot of people in San Diego County, this is what home looks like. You might think of beautiful Spanish style houses situated on the beautiful Pacific Ocean, but this is the reality when a minimum wage full time job won't cover even the smallest cheapest apartments. This is s a huge problem here. 

This home was three rooms. This is the little girls room. We have a lot of single mothers and families that are homeless. They aren't just drug addicts any longer. 

This is a grass spiders web. It lives in the funnel.
