The storm broke out in Targoviste almost out of the blue. In just a few minutes the sky became black, and the visibility diminished, being comparable to the evening hours. Impressive amounts of water have fallen. Fortunately, it took a few tens of minutes.
Wow in the video you can see that the wind is really moving. Sideways rain is not great fun for being outdoors.
