Natural Palm Tree at Lake Kissimmee, Florida

While at Lake Kissimmee State Park in Florida near Orlando, I took a very long 2-3 hour walk out on the trail of the savannah or prairie. This trail leads to the shoreline of the Lake Kissimmee and the previous night I got about an hour out and realized it was near sunset and had to turn around. It seemed I had gotten no closer to the end of the trail even after an hour of walking. The following morning was a crisp 39 degrees F out so I started out walking and after 3 hours got to the end of the trail near the shoreline. This natural Florida Palm tree was out there and you can see what they actually look like if they are not trimmed neatly in people’s yards. I kind of like it. The live oak trees on the way were covered with Spanish Moss.
