Manukau Heads view from Weymouth Auckland New Zealand

Here at Weymouth park you can see across the water, the hills of Manukau Heads. The Manukau is a huge harbour but the heads are close together and with a shifting sand bar.

The Royal Spoonbill birds live in these pine trees next to the White faced Grey Herons. It’s their patch.

Auckland International airport is to the right of this photo and a plane goes or returns once every 3 minutes.

This place has other bird life, shags, Magpies, Ducks and Sparrows.
