Flora of times past…

This pad and yard was awesome and pretty big. It had two levels with some rock stairs leading up to the second level. I image they grew a garden there. The giant tree trunk is another Torrey Pine Tree.

A closer look at the steps. Unfortunately a person has littered a lot here. I didn't get too close as this was someones clothes and personal belongings..

I could not get the true color of these plumes. They were purple with a cream center. I must of took 10 shots trying...

Mother, while she was alive, made syrup from the agave leaves. To cleanse the horizons. I’m sure beauty will beat all those ugly things in Nature.

  I had no idea there were uses for the leaves. All I have ever heard about is Tequila and you have to kill the whole plant from what I have heard. Thank you for sharing.
