On the road back from Stillwater Reservoir (Lake) in the Western Adirondacks, we stopped by much smaller Moss Lake and walked around part of the shoreline. It was very windy and chilly and had been sprinkling rain. There was some Fall color out on the foliage and a nice choppy water on the lake so we didn’t canoe. Here a large White Pine tree had fallen and then been blown up near this shoreline.
