The car was in front of a building a building located at 1001 N. North Branch Street on Goose Island in Chicago, Illinois. The cars are owned by the Union Tank Car Company (UTLX). Goose Island is an artificial island located on the near north side of Chicago. Originally an industrial area, commercial and residential interests are taking over. Those who want to gentrify the area want the railroads gone even though they knew that the tracks were there and in use before they purchased the property.
The photo was taken with a Nikon Coolpix P7700 camera. I then used Luminar 2018 to apply the ‘Clarity Booster’ and ‘Image Enhancer’ presets from the basic presets.

What a pretty blue this tanker car is.
