Swiss Chard (‘Bloody Mary’) (2014-04-14 12-58-48a)
At first sight this photo looks grotesque but it’s just a leaf of Swiss Chard. The Bloody Mary preset, which is one of the presets that come with Luminar, is a specialized colorpop effect. It converts everything to black and white that is not red and boosts the contrast a bit. The red veins in the Swiss Chard leaf makes it look something like blood vessels. I hope you are not too grossed out.
The original photo was taken at Fresh Farms International Market, 5740 W Touhy, Niles, Illinois.
The photo was taken with a Nikon Coolpix P7700 camera. Then I used Luminar 1.0 for Windows (beta) to apply the ‘Bloody Mary’ preset.

Thanks, Georgi. Much appreciated.
Looks like a crime scene! I grow this vegetable most years 🙂
I only remember eating it once. It wasn’t bad.
