We are having riding lawnmower drama. Not that it matters more than the water wars. Let’s just say it is a good time to put all the new No Trespassing Signs Up – they are much bigger and give a little more specific information about walking or driving on our property. I don’t know if it’s just the hot weather, or the shirts, or the signs they are carrying, but I have had enough, and today someone met a group with a shotgun.
My husband is a proud veteran and when he gets pushes too far things get serious, quickly. So instead of going to my grandsons birthday party I will be staying home and fortifying the house again. We had turned off the electric fence and some other tools, but it’s time to get real.
Everyone here is on edge. It’s a good time to stear clear.

in my neck of the woods, we don’t have people protesting, but just up the road and down the road we do. i have to be honest and say the protests were a little annoying, I wanted to get somewhere and had to drive way around the crowd.
