Music is a big part of my world and yesterday this song became a big part of my life. My sister and I were together yesterday. We were talking about the death of her husband, Jenny’s fight with disease, Mark’s battle with the broken hip and SLE Lupus and how we were quick to come to tears and feel overwhelmed at times because we cannot “fix” anything all we can do is comfort, care and encourage.
The mix of these two songs is an amazing new mantra for us. There are no words, we know the words of both songs and those flow through our hearts and mind. What could be better than Fight Song and Amazing Grace? Today my wish is that everyone who sees this will listen and we have a moment of silence for all those who are fighting for those they love and are here and for those who have lost their loved and are struggling to find peace and comfort.
