This story is kind of bittersweet since Milton Lowe who is battling cancer and was battling the loss of his pet dog who died after 15 years of friendship.
Milton went to an Ace Hardware store in Cleveland Mississippi to purchase a shovel so he could bury his pet dog.
Sam Coleman-Dancer, 19, who is an employee at the Ace Hardware offered his service to find Milton a shovel so he could bury his dog.
Sam then the extra mile to assist Milton by asking him if he could assist him in burying his dog after Sam was off the clock from working at the Ace Hardware Store.
Milton accepted the offer from Sam to assist him in the work of digging the hole in the ground so his pet could rest in peace in a proper manner.
The best part of this story is that Milton and Sam became close friends thanks to Sam asking a customer if he needed someone to assist him in his time of need.
What Sam did will give his employer at Ace Hardware some great publicity that the company cares for their customers.
Since some people like to play the game of “Can You Top This” when it comes to doing good deeds to others.
Now that’s a level of customer service that you just can’t train a guy to give…
