Life can be challenging and I am certain that tomorrow is going to be challenging. As my Mom used to say “I can feel it in my bones.” I need a healing day. So I think my choices will be about healing and comfort. I do have to work 12 hours, so I will have to be creative to get things done.
✓ Complete stretches right after getting out of bed
✓ Write a gratitude list, shoot for 10 sincere things to be grateful for
✓ Listen to some calming music
✓ Take all my medication
✓ Strive to be productive at work
I hope I make good choices tomorrow.
