Yesterday I tried very hard to be thoughtful about be healthy as “whole”. What resulted were these three choices.
1. I will be kind to myself and others.
2. I will prepare for tomorrow to be a day of rest.
3. I will complete every task I begin before I move on to something different.
I was surprised that two of them were very hard to accomplish. I had to keep “catching myself”. I would guess that some of might be able to figure out where I had the issues. In fact I am going to go out on a limb and see how well you know me and if anyone is brave enough to give it a try. In the comments mention the two specific things that you believe I found the most challenging.
I did manage to get them done.
I’m sure you can accomplish the first one well…
so it’s the 2nd and 3rd one?
