House Happy Rica (Happy Rizzi) is the vision of the New York artist and designer James Ritchie (James Rizzi 1950-2011) and architect Konrad Kloster and is located at Äckerhof in Braunschweig. It was created on the initiative of gallery owner art galleries in Braunschweig Olaf Jaeschkea.
