Yes, I am a military spouse and it has its challenges and it’s advantages but I love it. I can’t remember the last time I loved something so much but it is hard. There are a lot of things that I need to know and remember in order to really get this down, but I have been a spouse for a while now and I can see that it is taking a toll on me since I am a stay at home mom.
I have to find means of working at the moment because I can’t right now since my youngest just started school and plus it has been hard to find work. I have a BA in paralegal so I am looking to start my own business once I publish my first book. I am hoping to get enough to start paying off loans and get into Law school.
I used to lose sight of my goals because I stay at home all the time and just watch the paint dry on the wall but now I realize that my time will come and I will be able to do what everyone else is doing once again and that is to have a decent job. I am growing a little tired and depressed but everything will work itself out to where I can do what I need to do in order to provide more for my family.
Being a military spouse can be a little hard but it is really fun and challenging. Yes, there are some good days and some bad days but we get past them as a family all the time. I am thankful that I have someone that wants to fight for our country and protect more than just us.
