Manifestation over Rebellion (Part 2): Anticipate!

The key to taking advantage of opportunities in life is anticipation. The definition of anticipation describes how important anticipation can be within your life.

“…realization in advance; foretaste, expectation or hope, previous notion; slight previous impression, intuition, foreknowledge, prescience.”

We are all born with the innate ability to determine what will happen immediately.  It’s like a defender in soccer seeing where a pass is intended to go.  The defender then positions himself before the pass happens so that the defender can intercept the pass. The problem is that many people choose not to position themselves properly in order to partake in the successful results of anticipation. However, that rebellion against your own conscience interpreting certain cues and signs stops now with these four steps.

1. Prayer.  In order to receive spiritual anticipation, one must go to the source of intuition.  In a poll done by Pew Forum, 23% of the people stated that they either seldom pray or do not pray at all. That’s about one in four people that rarely pray at all.  That’s about one in four people that you gain an advantage over each and every day because you choose to obtain spiritual guidance, wisdom, and insight. The Divine will then give you opportunities solely due to spending quiet time with Him on a daily basis.

2. Focus. Remaining focused allows for you to determine which position you need to be in so that you can capitalize upon the intuition that you are given. Distractions will keep you away from your desired destination. Stop taking bunny trails and stay on path towards your destiny.

3. Believe that you will reach your goals.  Many people make New Year’s resolutions that remain unfulfilled. For example, one of the most common resolutions a person will make is to lose weight. Although aspiring to be no longer being overweight, aspiration does not increase execution.  Belief is the catalyst for action.  You have to believe something before you actually do something.

4. Plan what you are going to say. Your words determine your actions. Speak what you are going to do before you actually act. Your tongue is the road map to your future because your words steer you towards the position you actually need to be at so that you can garner the results of your anticipation.
