Finish it

Perserversense  is not an easy quality to find now that we live in a society where much of what we do is immediate. I don’t have to dial a number to make a call. I just say “Call Sheri”.  I can toss something in the microwave and I have something hot to eat.

So sticking with something until it is completely finished is becoming a lost art. It is important to teach the next generation the value of time and the ability to take time to do things the right way, even if it takes longer.

  1. Totally agree!

We live in a terribly immediatist society.. I often get very concerned about that. People want things to quickly, even our children are becoming like that nowadays.. There’s no patience, perseverance, comprehension.. I really think that’s a bad sign you know! Don’t know where that will lead us in the future.
