In the middle of the desert north of Phoenix lies an intentional experimental community envisioned and mostly constructed during the life of Paolo Solari, a visionary architect of cities, not just scattered buildings.
His vision is being maintained here by 60 – 80 volunteers and a few employees still manufacturing his famous bells which bring in enough cash to keep the foundation alive long after the founders death.
