Many struggle with getting in the gym, but getting in to the gym is easier than you put it out to be. The key is remembering these simple ways and using them to your advantage, which will allow you to keep that New Year’s resolution that you commit to making every year, plus reap the benefits of living a fit life. With that being said I share with you 3 simple ways to get into the gym.
1. Have goals: Goals, such as a goal to lose weight, or even a goal as simply as just trying to live a healthy or fit life, but we all know with that you will have to maintain healthy eating habits also. However, your reasons have to be more than just trying to look good for the summer which eventually fades and you will go back to your normal routine because looking good for summer is not a strong reason, and I remind you that seasons are temporary. Think beyond outfits, and looking good for the summer; think of what would happen if you fail at living that healthy lifestyle in the long run.
2. Just go sit at the gym: Get in the gym with the sole purpose of doing workouts that keep you station in one particular spot, like an elliptical machine. You can simply go in with a purpose of just reading a magazine or either to do homework while sitting on the elliptical machine. One thing that that will do is refuel your desire to get back into it because gyms bring energy, and you will feed off that energy presented, plus you may just happen to run into someone you know at the gym, which may result in a conversation to get you back into the gym.
3. Friends: Lastly, I’m sure you have that friend or associate that regularly works out. My advice is to use their drive to motivate yourself into getting into the routine of working out. Besides, it will give you that extra company while at the gym being with someone you know, plus it makes time go by much faster while working out, so why not use that highly motivated person in your circle. I compare going with that friend similar to using jumper cables to start your car.
Take these 3 simple steps into consideration, and good luck to you all that consider taking that journey of living a healthy life. I leave you with this quote by Rory McIlroy “Going to the gym is great for your body, but it’s also great for your mind. “

Great tips. I am starting to get back into an exercise routine. However, my plan is to do it at home. I never was one for going to a gy,m. Of course, the closest one is about a half hour away from me that is the main reason.
Cool! Well best of luck to you while getting into the groove
