What better theme for a guest bedroom then, maps and suitcases. My husband is on the creative side so when I needed a dresser for a guest bedroom, I picked up a used one at a garage sale. I found one that was structurally sound, but not necessarily much to look at. It needed some TLC, so I I turned it over to my husband.
To add to the fun, I provided him with some paint, some old maps and a few suitcase handles. Within a few short days he had transformed it into a nice guest bedroom dresser.
It is unique and one of a kind. It makes for a fun piece when guests arrive. Old maps in themselves are fun to look at but this takes the cake.
