Tacos are life.
Knowing this, surely you will understand why, as I left my favorite business in all of Lubbock, Texas – OfficeMax – I couldn’t resist the smell of the little Tres Salsas taco truck in the parking lot.
At just $1.50 (which is right next to free) I chose to try the barbacoa.
Now, taco trucks are known for being risky but, with an immune system like mine, I’m unafeared.
Besides, these folks seem nice enough so, I gave them a try.
Barbacoa. good choice. Let me know how the Carnitas is if you try that next.
