The simplest mini cakes in the world

Excellent fast, fine dessert, mini cake stuffed with apples , nice looking on a plate,  and each guest will ask you for a recipe, and how you’ve filled the cookie with apples.  Ideal after lunch, coffee,  tea, or whenever you eat something sweet. The other day is the same great, of course if there is another piece left. Bon appetite.
