Chicken adobo for our lunch today. Because of community lockdown, going out of the house is so hard. We have to be content with simple dish. Chicken adobo is so easy to cook. In a fan, put the chicken and water, let it boil then put minced garlic, chopped onion, laurel leaf, pepper, and soy sauce. Let it boil then put the vinegar. After that seasoned it with sugar and salt to taste. It is best eaten with steamed rice.
