Ingredients:
Dry milk – One cup
Egg – one
Milk – Four Cup
Baking Powder – One tea spoon
Sugar – One cup
Flour – two tea spoons
Grinned cardamom – four
Pistachios – A little bit
Recipe:
First of all put one cup of sugar and four grinned cardamom in four cups of milk and let them to cook. Mix flour and baking powder in one cup of dry milk. Mix them all and put one table spoon cooking oil in this mixture and rub well with hands. Then add eggs to them and mix it well. Now make small balls with your palms. Now put them in the milk to cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Once the milk starts boiling, stir the pan. Cook on mild flame and keep it ready. After cooling up sprinkle pistachios and serve.
I see a single streak of kesar placed on one of the rasmalais. Even that must have cost you. Kesar/saffron is extremely expensive. 🙂
