I decided to watch this video, and I soon realized that I eat most of these food. The twelve natural antibiotics include garlic, onions, honey, cloves, ginger root, coconut oil, oregano oil, echinacea, goldenseal, apple cider vinegar, thyme, and grapefruit seed extract.
I probably should eat more grapefruits.
